This residence dating from 1823, set against the hill, combines the charm of the past with modern comfort, and will seduce you for your reunions with family or friends! Only a few kilometres from Foix and in the heart of the Ariege Pyrenees regional park, Le Mas de la Coupière is the promise of a most soothing stay.

This house of 224 m² on 3 floors, which can accommodate up to 12 travellers, consists of a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate toilet, sauna, as well as a beautiful garden with terrace and swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, library and TV.
- Light-filled dining room with a large table for up to 12 guests, buffet, decorative fireplace.
- Large bright kitchen fully equipped: dining table, 5 chairs, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hotplates, crockery and cutlery.
- Relaxation room" equipped with a sauna for 4 people, shower and exercise bike.
- Separate WC.

First floor :
- A large master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and French windows leading to a small balcony.
- Bedroom 4 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), glass wardrobe and decorative fireplace.
- Bedroom 5 with single bed and a writing or reading station.
- Spacious bathroom with double washbasin, jet shower and bath.
- Fitted cellar with washing machine.

Second floor:
- Lounge with armchair, coffee table and TV.
- Bedroom 6 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed, as well as a shower room open to the bedroom with shower and washbasin.

The exterior :
- Beautiful unheated above ground swimming pool of 5,25 x 2,80 x 1,15 open from April to October. Children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- Flowered and wooded garden of 600 m² facing south.

3 terraces surround the house:
- On the ground floor, a terrace with a table for 12 people in the shade of stretched canvas, benches and small tables, barbecue, sink and gas hob. You can enjoy your lunches there.
- Shaded half-landing terrace with a table and 4 relax chairs.
- Terrace surrounding the swimming pool with garden furniture consisting of two armchairs and a coffee table, as well as 4 deckchairs.

The area :
The house is located in a quiet area, without any opposite, in the regional park of the Ariegean Pyrenees. You will find a bakery and a small grocery shop at 300 m.

- The city centre of Foix is 7,7 km away (10 minutes by car).
- Lake Mondély at 23.1 km (30 minutes by car).
- Grotte de Niaux at 30.6 km (33 minutes by car).
- Castle of Montségur at 38.7 km (42 minutes by car).

In the heart of the Ariège, Le Mas de la Coupière is the ideal starting point to discover the treasures of the region. Lovers of history and discovery, this area will surprise you. Let yourself be carried away by the walks that border the region. Castles, caves and lakes punctuate the landscape.
For the more adventurous and thrill-seekers: paragliding from the Prat d'Albis and canoeing down the Ariège!

- Foix train station at 9.4 km (14 minutes by car).
- Toulouse Blagnac airport at 104 km (1h18 by car).
